Position Status: Temporary Full-Time
Paid Co-op Placement Full-time (4 months)
Available: January 2025
Description of the Position:
CRM-DS will provide key strategic support to the ongoing work data optimization work of the CRM-DS team, and impeccable client service across the Foundation as required. Responsibilities include data management, ticket queue management, and data literacy development. This position reports to the Senior Specialist, Data Steward, and will be collaborating closely with the Prospect Research and Market Intelligence team. Required Skills
You will:

Carry out client interviews and need-based requirements.

Using the requirements to determine best-practice solutions for data capture and entry.

Ensure that data to be imported is accurate, timely, and complete.

Import data to the CRM based on standards established through discussion and approval from the Data Governance Steering Committee.

Communicate any significant changes via appropriate channels as determined by the Data Governance communications plan.

Establish/update documentation as required.

Carry out audits on imported data as required.

Document, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within ticketing software (JIRA) as required.

Establish/update data literacy training documentation as required.
Qualifications: While we know that for any job posting no one candidate will possess the qualifications being sought in equal measure, below is an outline of the qualifications we believe are important for a candidate to bring to the position or for the successful candidate to develop while in the role:

Enrolled in a University degree or Community College diploma in Library Sciences, Library Technician, Information Technology, Systems Administration, which requires a co-op placement.

Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software products

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with other Foundation staff.

Ability to work in a changing fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

Meticulous attention to detail and able to anticipate potential downstream effects of data changes

Excellent at time management and organizational skills.
