Video Content Creator, Editor & marketer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms to attract and retain our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies
• Optimize content for SEO purposes
• Edit and proofread content before publication
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content creation

Proven experience in video production, shooting, and editing.

• Strong knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and agents at the same time.
• Marketing experience, particularly in a real estate context, is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
• Passion for growth and a commitment to excel in the field.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SEO best practices
• Familiarity with E-commerce concepts
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic understanding of CSS and HTML
• Strong research skills
• Experience in graphic design is a plus
• Background in digital marketing is preferred
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is advantageous

Job Types: Part-time, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $16.76-$27.89 per hour
