About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiting Intern!

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and graduating in 2025.
  • Interest in recruiting.
  • Ability to work 15- 20 hrs/week (exact schedule is flexible.)
  • 3.2 GPA.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Screening: Review resumes and cover letters to pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements including calling candidates for more information when needed.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Operational Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as updating applicant tracking systems, generating reports, and maintaining candidate files and tracking hiring progress.
  • Campus recruiting: Manage registration for various campus events, ensure proper staffing, send confirmation emails, manage logistics, and attend events when needed.
  • Project Assistance: Contribute to special projects related to recruiting, such as developing recruiting materials, creating presentations, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by the team.
