Job Title: Real Estate Assistant/Intern (Entry-Level)

Location: Toronto Downtown

Job Type: Part-Time

Please note that it's an commission-based position. There is no hourly pay.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or fresher looking to start a career in real estate. No prior experience is required—we're looking for someone who is a fast learner, smart, and eager to grow with us long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Have the ability to run social media accounts and have experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.

• Support the real estate agent with client communications and follow-ups.

• Help with market research and data entry.

• Learn and assist in preparing marketing materials, including social media posts.

• Provide general support during property viewings and open houses.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in both English and [Other Language, if applicable].

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and social media platforms.

• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
