About the Role

Assists the Canadian HR team with planning and delivery on a variety of initiatives and projects

Supports HR activities as required, in support of the employee life-cycle

Will work on a variety of HR initiatives and projects, including research and recommendations for implementation
-
Will have exposure to different business lines across Canada working on a variety of initiatives
Qualifications:
- Current University Student, eligible for Internship program; Undergraduate Degree Program, such as Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or other applicable degree
Job specific experience:
- Knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks
- Previous experience in an HR environment preferred
Knowledge of:
- Changing regulatory environment preferred
Experience of:
- Supporting the achievement of performance targets
Personal attributes:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to deal with frequent change
- Abiilty to organize and prioritize
- Consistently model the group's values
Ability to:
- Deliver a customer-focused climate
- Work in a fast paced environment
