HR Co-op Student

• Assists the Canadian HR team with planning and delivery on a variety of initiatives and projects

• Supports HR activities as required, in support of the employee life-cycle

• Will work on a variety of HR initiatives and projects, including research and recommendations for implementation

• Will have exposure to different business lines across Canada working on a variety of initiatives

Qualifications:

• Current University Student, eligible for Internship program; Undergraduate Degree Program, such as Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or other applicable degree

Job specific experience:

• Knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks
• Previous experience in an HR environment preferred

Knowledge of:

• Changing regulatory environment preferred

Experience of:

• Supporting the achievement of performance targets
