The Content Hub team at TurboTax Canada works to create educational and engaging articles and blog posts to help Canadians understand how taxes and finance impact their lives. Qualifications You'll Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High detail orientation as it relates to the specifics of long form writing, multimedia content projects and editorial standards.
  • Technical orientation for the ability to effectively use content management tools and systems.
  • Curiosity, problem solving skills and a drive to increase efficiency and overcome challenges. You don’t need to be a financial expert, but you should be open and eager to learn.

Eligibility Requirements:

How you’ll Lead:* Collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional colleagues; balancing long-term strategic thinking with agile moment-in-time problem solving.

  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
  • Support with the daily activities of a content team composed of agency partners - writers, graphic designers, videographers and other industry partners.
  • Maintain and update the content hub editorial calendar and processes; streamlining new and existing content in the editorial content calendar.
  • Publish and update content in content management systems.
  • Create inspiring and informative blog, infographic and video briefs.
  • Review and provide feedback on content.
  • Assist with data management to support performance tracking using Tableau, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Conduct basic quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy and technical readiness.
  • Work closely on SEO practices to update, optimize, and redirect content.
  • Being a point of contact for localizing content for Quebec and rest of Canada, and support with end-to-end publishing.

Join the QuickBooks Canada Communications team for an exciting opportunity as a social Media co-op. The Canadian communications team is looking for a social media intern with a passion for storytelling across our 10 social media channels.

We are a small, but mighty team of communicators spanning PR, influencers and social working across multiple functions (marketing, product, care and sales) and global teams to build our brand awareness, affinity and consideration of QuickBooks with customer storytelling at the heart.

Jean Tweed is a leading, community-based organization that provides a supportive environment for women and their families with substance use, mental health, and gambling concerns. Recognizing the diversity of women’s experience in today’s society, our programs seek to address a range of issues in a woman’s life that may contribute to substance use and gambling concerns.

The Jean Tweed Centre is building capacity to transform the level of support for women and their families with substance use, mental health, and gambling concerns.

We are currently seeking a motivated Fundraising Intern to join our team and assist with various tasks related to events, promotions, communications, and administration within the fundraising and marketing department. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills who is eager to contribute to the growth of The Jean Tweed Centre's donor base and public visibility. The intern will report directly to the Senior Manager, Fund Development and Communications.

Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and experience in creating engaging posts and content.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva is an asset.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation for fundraising events and related communications.
  • Support donor communications, including the drafting of thank-you letters.
  • Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities.
  • Create and schedule social media updates across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Draft compelling content to promote Jean Tweed's programs, services, and fundraising initiatives.
