Reporting to the Director, IT/OT Security & Compliance, you as the IT/OT Security Analyst will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day IT/OT security operations, including implementation of security projects, ensuring the success of day-to-day operations, and assisting other IT/OT teams and business units with security related tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with global teams and managed service partners to ensure the security of IT and OT assets. You will also be responsible for assisting with the implementation and/or administration of several technologies, including security orchestration, endpoint security, network security, vulnerability management, third-party risk management, security incident and event management system, security awareness and training platform, VPN, threat intelligence, privileged access management system, and more.
This role will be based in Toronto, and you will be expected to work from our Corporate office a minimum of 3 times a week in line with our hybrid work model. Description of the Position:
As a member of the Human Resources team, the Co-op Student, Human Resources will assist in delivering a broad range of Human Resources activities while demonstrating a superior level of customer service. The Co-op Student will provide support in the delivery of Human Resources systems and processes including leading a full-cycle recruitment.
Required Skills
You will:
Assist with recruitment activities which include preparing position profiles, posting jobs, creating engaging external advertisements, screen candidates, participate in the interview process and conduct reference checks.
Maintain accurate HR records by updating candidate and recruitment information in the HRIS system.
Stay informed about employment trends by conducting research and sharing insights with the team to ensure recruitment processes align with best practices and legal requirements.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners by providing administrative support on special projects and assisting with various HR tasks as needed.
Preparing correspondence, reports, schedules, and other administrative tasks for the Human Resources team.
Support the team on a variety of projects including conducting best practice research, preparing visual and engaging reports and supporting training initiatives.
Managing the volunteer inbox.
Additional office duties and projects as assigned.

Reporting to the Director, IT/OT Security & Compliance, you as the IT/OT Security Analyst will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day IT/OT security operations, including implementation of security projects, ensuring the success of day-to-day operations, and assisting other IT/OT teams and business units with security related tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with global teams and managed service partners to ensure the security of IT and OT assets.
