We are currently recruiting for a Administrative Professional (Co-Op) for Winter 2025

This role is perfectly suited for a positive, proactive, outgoing person with excellent organizational and time management abilities. This is a work term position that provides students with the opportunity to experience working in a public accounting firm while working closely with experienced professionals.

The position includes:

  • Scanning and organizing data
  • Supporting full time administrative staff
  • Providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Ensuring accurate client information is maintained in our systems
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Assisting with Archiving client documents
  • Special projects as assigned

The successful candidate must have:

  • willingness to learn, and good attention to detail
  • exceptional proficiency in MS Office
  • knowledge of Outlook
  • experience working in a professional business environment would be an asset
  • the ability to remain calm and business like at all times

We are currently looking for a CO-OP STUDENT for Winter 2025

This is a work term position that provides students with the opportunity to experience working in a public accounting firm while working closely with experienced professionals. This individual must be in the process of completing a business degree.

Position Summary:

As a co-op student, you will join a general practice team and will participate in all aspects of client service where you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in preparing client accounting records, financial statements, corporate and personal income tax returns
  • Draft and review financial statements
  • Prepare T4s, T5s, GST and other compliance returns
  • Prepare journal entries, individual and corporate tax returns
  • Conduct research on professional and technical matters

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong desire and dedication to work and learn in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
