Assists the Canadian HR team with planning and delivery on a variety of initiatives and projects
Supports HR activities as required, in support of the employee life-cycle
Will work on a variety of HR initiatives and projects, including research and recommendations for implementation
Will have exposure to different business lines across Canada working on a variety of initiatives
Qualifications:
Current University Student, eligible for Internship program; Undergraduate Degree Program, such as Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or other applicable degree
Job specific experience:
Knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks
Previous experience in an HR environment preferred
Knowledge of:
Changing regulatory environment preferred
Experience of:
Supporting the achievement of performance targets

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to deal with frequent change
Abiilty to organize and prioritize

Ability to:
