Qualifications:

  • Current University Student, eligible for Internship program; Undergraduate Degree Program, such as Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or other applicable degree

Job specific experience:

  • Knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks
  • Previous experience in an HR environment preferred

Knowledge of:

  • Changing regulatory environment preferred

Experience of:

  • Supporting the achievement of performance targets

Personal attributes:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to deal with frequent change
  • Abiilty to organize and prioritize
  • Consistently model the group's values

Ability to:

  • Deliver a customer-focused climate
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Prioritize work and manage day-to-day workload
  • Collate data into a logical order and sequence and provide simple analysis
